yesterday we made chocolate bird nests to celebrate the impending emergence of spring. very simple to make and fun. and by fun i mean delicious. 1-2 cups of shredded wheat/frosted mini wheats heck you could even use ramen noodles mixed with 4-6 oz (or however chocolaty you like it) melted chocolate. i used mint chocolate because that's what david likes and i thought it would be a treat. don't they look like no bake cookies? this project inspired by angry chicken's which look soo much better than mine.

I'm so happy that your move has worked out! I hope that things continue to go well for you and your family. Got an IKEA anywhere close? They have lots of curtains - and some of them are very inexpensive, although you can get some very nice and more expensive things there, too.
they just opened an ikea in cincinnati (im in columbus so what, 2-3 hour drive?) last week!
Do you ever wonder how in the world such adorable children can even exist? Your kids are just darling... I just posted these funny "st pat's day" (not that we even really celebrate it haha) pics of my kiddo and I just keep starring at them thinking, "How is it possible that you can be THAT cute?!?!?!" They must be defying some sort of law :)
